S.M. COURT SMALL NUMBER OF CASES. (“Tirries-Age” Special.) Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M., presided over the monthly sitting of the Carterton S.M. Court yesterday. The Carterton Borough Council obtained judgment by default against W. B. Watkins on a claim for £22 10s 7d, costs amounting- to £4 15s 6d. Judgment was given for plaintiff, Watson & Co., against J. McMahon, being a claim for the balance of a debt, £7 2s, with costs £2 3s 6d. Personal Items. Mr. and Mrs. W. Abbott, of Feilding, are'visiting Carterton, and are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. P. REGENT THEATRE DOUBLE PROGRAMME.
