DIVORCE PETITIONS
DECREES NISI GRANTED A number of undefended divorce petitions were heard before Mr Justice Johnston at Wellington yesterday. The following Wairarapa cases were dealt with. William S. Montgomery (Mr D. L. Taverner) v Grace M. Montgomery (Mr J. Macfarlane Laing). A decree nisi was granted to respondent, the petitioner having withdrawn his petition. Kate H. Wilton (Mr Laing) v Walter J. Wilton. A decree nisi was granted petitioner. Kathleen M. Harris (Mr Laing) v Cecil J. Harris. A decree nisi was granted petitioner.
