NEW ZEALAND DAY
OBSERVANCE 1N LONDON (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, February 8. New Zealand Day was observed in London today, when a service was held at Saint James Garlick-Hythe. The Rev Arthur Kayll, of Auckland, gave the address. Many New Zealanders attended and afterwards were entertained at tea in the Vintners' Hall by the Girdlers’ Company, whose Master, Sir Frank Bowater, received the guests. Among those present were Mr and Mrs W. J. Jordan, Lady Jellicoe, Brigadier Hargest and Group Captain A. J. Manson.
