The situation in Rumania is deteriorating almost hourly, according to reports reaching Turkey, says the Istanbul correspondent of “The Tinies.” Refugees arriving from Bessarabia and Bukovina have increased the fear created by the Red Army’s approach to the Rumanian frontier.
