SAVAGE ACTION IN GERMANY. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. 1 LONDON, January 12. Warning the public against listening to foreign radio stations, the Berlin radio quoted Dr. August Schmidt a saying that there were 1400 prisoner working on the land at a penal colony in northern Germany who had been condemned to forced labour for this offence and for spreading false and defeatist rumours.
