SAID TO BE SOUGHT BY KING MICHAEL. STRONG AGITATION ADMITTED BY PRO-NAZI LEADER. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, January 7. Michael, the reigning king in Rumania, is prepared to fly to London with Dr. Maniu, the old Liberal leader, to seek any peace terms that would save his country from Russian occupation. The “Daily Express” correspondent in Istanbul says this has been learned from a reliable source in Bucharest. Count Imredy, Right-wing leader, who is pro-German, warned the Left Wing 'parties that ‘'agitation would lead to the same treachery as was experienced by the Italian people,” says the Gorman news agency. Imredy admitted that the agitation had already reached considerable proportions, and he asked that it be eliminated once and for all.
Reuter’s Cairo correspondent says the Soviet Government is reported to have sent a new warning to Bulgaria, pointing out the consequences of ary further Bulgarian move to help the Germans in the Balkans.
