The shipbuilder, Mr John Higgins, has outlined plans for a cheap supercargo aeroplane which will be under large-scale production shortly, a New York cablegram states. It will be a modified type of unorthodox all-wing design with a displacement of 400,000 lb. After the war he will produce a “jalopy” helicopter selling at 1500 dollars.
