THE TREATY WITH BRITAIN M. MOLOTOV'S REPORT. APPROACH TO ANNIHILATION OF NAZIS. LONDON, June 18. A special session of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the U.S.S.R., ratified the British-Soviet Treaty, after M. Molotov reported on his visit to Britain and the United States of America. He revealed that the United States had agreed to increase credits from the original £250,000,000 to £750,000,000. He reaffirmed that the treaty with Britain and the agreement with the United States contained no secret clauses. He emphasised the great importance of his negotiations with London and Washington, and the political and military importance of the agreement. . He also said a second front had received special attention. In conclusion he said the hour of annihilation of the German armies was approaching. The power of the Allies was growing, and they were certain of final victory.
