PROTEST AGAINST SEVERITY OF CLOTHES RATIONING. MARCH BY MANNEQUINS & OTHERS. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright.) LONDON, June 16. Superbly dressed mannequins, salesmen in black morning coats and styiped trousers, floor-managers, sales girls, owners and managers of big stores and workers from clothing factories paraded in Dublin in what must have been the best-dressed and most dignified strike march ever seen. They were protesting against the severity of clothes rationing. Some of the magnates were self-con-scious as they treaded their stately way, carrying beautifully rolled umbrellas under such slogans as “Revoke rationing. We have the right to live.
