COMBINED IN CLOTHING FIBRE NEW PROCESS PATENTED IN CALIFORNIA. EXCELLENT RESULT CLAIMED. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) SAN FRANCISCO. January 8. The Pacific Lumber Company has obtained a patent for a process to combine redwood bark fibre with sheeps wool. It is stated that a sample containing 40 per cent of artificial fibre from the wood and 60 per cent wool was hardly distinguishable from pure wool.
