VEGETABLE SCRAMBLE
A DISH FOR LUNCH. Chop left-over vegetables, add a little chopped parsley, pepper, salt, and a little grated nutmeg to taste, and to each cup allow two eggs and | cup milk. Melt 1 dessertspoon margarine in a pan, add mixture, and stir overgas until mixture thickens. Serve on rounds of toast or fried bread.
