NAZFVICHY RELATIONS DISSATISFACTION IN BERLIN. CONCERNING HESITANT POLICY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, Noon.) LONDON. January 4. The atmosphere between Berlin and Vichy has never been so chilly since the armistice, says the Berlin correspondent of the Stockholm newspaper “Svenskadag Bladet.” He adds that the Berlin spokesman repeatedly quotes anti-Vichy statements from Paris showing dissatisfaction concerning Vichy’s hesitant policy. Abetz (Hitler's representative in Paris) has been in Germany for weeks. There arc no signs that he is returning.
