REGENT THEATRE
«Qi —- “ARIZONA.” The programme at the Regent Theatre tonight will be headed by one of the finest pictures ever brought to the screen —“Arizona.” It tells a most dramatic story in a particularly interesting manner, with not a dull moment or boring scene during its presentation. There are many thrilling scenes brought to the screen in a most appreciable manner, and none of 'hem are far-fetched as is too often the case with this class of picture. It is a story of the hardy pioneers of the west presented in true colours. The acting is of a very high standard indeed, and while two or three perhaps stand out for exceptionally good work, every artist contributes his or her fair share towards making “Arizona” an outstanding attraction that will remain in the memory long after much more boomed pictures are forgotten. “Arizona” is certainly a picture that should not be missed hy those who appreciate good clean drama and the life of the open spaces. The picture stars Jean Arthur, William Holden, Warren William and Porter Hall. Filmed amid the sundrenched splendor of the Arizona desert, it has been hailed as a thrilling intensely stirring production which should bid well for Academy awards this year.
