BOUT AT AUCKLAND. BLOMFIELD WINS TITLE. (By Telegraph— Press Association.) AUCKLAND, November 17. A match for the professional heavyweight wrestling championship of New Zealand between Lofty Blomfield, Auckland, holder of the title, and Ken Kenneth, also of Auckland, challenger, resulted in a win for Blomfield. , After some bright exchanged for five rounds, Kenneth was caught in an octopus clamp in the sixth, and he unwisely resisted this match-winning hold for several seconds before being forced into a submission. He had to receive massage to his left knee from his seconds during the interval, and he was then assisted to his corner. When the gong sounded for the opening of the seventh round, Kenneth rose from his chair, but he was still limping, and the referee awarded the decision to Blomfield.
