WAIRARAPA ASSOCIATION CHAMPIONSHIP CONTESTS. WINS FOR RED STAR & COLLEGE. The Wairarapa Cricket Association's championship matches were continued cn Saturday afternoon in fine weather. At the Park there was only a few spectators, one day matches apparently not appealing to the public. The Old Boys against Red Star took hours to compile 83 runs but scored faster in their second strike. In his score of 60 against Old Boys, Bell hit eight sixers, four in succession. He scored 25 off one over and 22 off another.
