PLANE WITH DIPLOMATIC PARTY SAFE ARRIVAL AT BAKU. MACHINE NOW EN ROUTE TO TEHERAN. LONDON, November 15. It is officially stated that the aeroplane carryifng the new Soviet Ambassador to America, M. Litvinov; the American Ambassador to Moscovz, Mr Steinhardt; and the Deputy DirectorGeneral of the British Ministry of Information, Sir Walter Monckton, and others arrived safely at the Caucasian oil port of Baku on Thursday.. The party is en route to Teheran.
