TOBACCO RATIONING
ABOUT TO BE INSTITUTED IN GERMANY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 14. The British United Press Berlin correspondent reports that tobacco ration cards are being introduced in Germany on December 1. Men over eighteen will get six cigarettes or one cigar daily. Women over twenty will get three cigarettes every other day.
