Mrs J. B. Henry. Auckland, has been staying with Mrs T. W. Wardell, Te Whiti. The Misses Daniell, Albert Street, Masterton, have returned from a visit to Auckland. Mrs Alistair Buchanan, who has been visiting Masterton, has returned to New Plymouth. Mrs Adams, Dunedin, is staying with her mother, Mrs D. McGregor, Pownall Street, Masterton. Miss Stitt, Wellington, is spending the weekend with the Misses Sellar, Renall Street, Masterton. Relatives came from as far as Christchurch and Blenheim, Marton and the Wairarapa and elsewhere to offer felicitations to Mrs T. Hewitt, of Church Street, Palmerston North, who on Thursday celebrated her 95th birthday. Mrs Hewitt, who enjoys excellent health, was showered with good wishes and floral tributes and the particular joy of the occasion was the gathering of eleven great grand-children and a great grand niece in honour of, the day.
