Ralph Byrd, handsome athletic star, heads the cast as a gallant Cap.ain Paul Dumont, special advisor to oangalee parachute troops, instructing them in the latest methods of modern warfare. En route to his new post, Dumont falls in love with Helene, played by Lorna Gray. She returns his affection until it is discovered that he is the best friend of her fiance, Raoul (Peter George Lynn). The unhappy couple, placing honour above personal feelings, agree to separate. Just before the day set for the wedding of Helene to Raoul, the latter is injured in a surprise Arab uprising, necessitating postponement ci the ceremony. Hugh Herbert brings a now kind ol Romeo- to the screen in his hilarious portrayal of a romantic gold brick salesman for Universal’s farce comedy, “Slightly Tempted,” also commencing tomorrow at the Cosy Theatre with Peggy Moran.
