THE UNITED PRESS BUDAPEST CORRESPONDENT SAYS IT IS REPORTED FROM BELGRADE THAT GERMAN TROOPS HAVE BEEN CROSSING THE DANUBE FROM RUMANIA INTO BULGARIA AT SEVENTEEN POINTS SINCE NOON. CONCENTRATING ON THE BULGARIAN SIDE OF THE RIVER. It is also reported, with confirmation that Bulgaria has called up an additional 100,000 troops.
