DECREE IN SWITZERLAND. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.50 a.m.) BERNE. August 6. A decree bans all Communist, Anarchist and Trotskyist activities and organisations. The penalty for violation is three years’ imprisonment and a heavy tine.
