AUCKLAND WEST SEAT
FURTHER CANDIDATES. FOUR NOW NOMINATED. (By Telegraph-Press Association.) AUCKLAND. April 29. Four candidates are now nominated for the vacant Auckland West scat in the House of Representatives. The returning officer for the electorate today received the nominations of the official Labour Party candidate. Mr. Peter Carr, tramway motorman. and ol Mr. Enoch Naden. barman, of I’onsonby. Previous nominations were those of Mr. L. Pickles .who will stand as an Independent Socialist, and Mr. C. G. Watson, official candidate of the Communist Party.
