DECLARATION BY BENES LOOKING TO LIBERATION. NOTIFICATION TO BRITAIN AND FRANCE. (Received This Dav, 10.55 a.m.) WASHINGTON, September G. A Chicago message states that Dr Benes, ex-President of Czechoslovakia has notified Britain and France that:—“We Czechoslovaks consider ourselves as being also at war with the German military forces. We will march with your people until the final victory and liberation of our Fatherland.’' LABOUR SYMPATHY CRUEL INJUSTICE THAT MUST BE RIGHTED. (Received This Day. 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, September 6. Mr M. A. Greenwood, acting-Labour leader, in a broadcast address to Czechoslovakia, said: “Your hour of liberation is near. Your tragedy has opened the eyes of the world. The cruel injustice now imposed upon you must be righted.
