Mrs Norman Beetham has returned from a visit to Hawke's Bay. Mr and Mrs G. W. Sellar, Colombo Road, Masterton, spent the weekend at Paraparaumu Beach.
Mrs H. Collier, who has been staying with lyirs Carey, Lansdowne, has returned to Marton. Miss Grocatt, Wellington, is on a visit to Masterton and is staying at the Prince of Wales Hotel.
Mr and Mrs Walter Nops, who have been on a visit to England, will return to Masterton next week. Mr and Mrs R. A. Bunny, Mairingi, have returned from a visit to Rotorua and Chateau Tongariro. Miss Speedy, who has been visiting Mrs C. T. R. Richardson, The Terrace, Lansdowne, has returned to Wellington.
Miss Betty Coleman, producer of “Family Affairs” had the misfortune to fall down a flight of stairs at the Opera House during a rehearsal last Thursday and has since had to remain indoors. She suffered rather severe bruises, but is expected to be present at the production of the play tonight.
