COLDEST JULY ON RECORD. FOLLOWING ON WARM JUNE. (Dy Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Following cn tho warmest June for 20 years, Wellington experienced its coldest July and the coldest month over recorded in its official statistics. The mean temperature was 43.4 degrees, which is 3.5 degrees below the average. The rainfall was 6.03 inches, against an average of 4.85 inches. There was rather more sunshine than usual in July and less wind.
