McCarten's full tally for the season in Australia was 115 winners, including 27 wins at Newcastle, Melbourne and Brisbane. E. J. Watt, xyith £9,565, heads the winning owners’ nst for the season. He now has won £239.537 in prize money in his forty years as an owner and is the biggest stake winner in the history of Australian racing. VICTORIAN JOCKEYS. LIST HEADED BY BADGER. (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) MELBOURNE This Day. For the first time in his career H, Badger headed the list of winning jockeys/ riding 48 winners with one dead heat. A. Dewhurst is second with 42 wins and W. Elliott third, with 36 wins.
W. Burke is the most successful trainer, with 28 successes, F. Hoysted being second with 20 and F. Musgrave third with 16.
