CAMPING GROUND

PLANTING ON HOLDSWORTH AREA. About fifty native trees not already 1 represented in the area have just been planted on the Wairarapa Automobile Association's camping ground at the foot of Mount Holdsworth and the cooperation of the public is sought to ensure that the young trees are not interfered with in any way. Such trees as the kowhai, titoki. kauri, celery-topped pine, pohutukawa, ake-ake, red manuka and the choicer kinds of rata arc included among those put in. They have been planted along the fringe of the existing bush.
