IMPROVEMENT IN PRICES
DUNEDIN SHEEPSKINS SALE.

The fortnightly sheepskin sale was held today when medium catalogues were offered to a representative bench of buyers. Because several northern purchasers were operating, prices for all grades showed an improvement of J ,d to id on those ruling at the last fixture. Complete clearance was made.
The following is the range of prices: Halfbred, full-wool, 9Jd to 91d; three-quarter-wool, B:|d to 9d; half-wool, 7Ad to 8d; quarter-wool, 53d to 6j,'d. Fine crossbred, full-wool, 9.',d to 9id; three-quarter-wool, 9d to 9Jd; half-wool, 7-’d to BJd; quarter-wool, to 6jd; crossbred, full-wool, 9;|d to 9id; three-quarter-wool, BJd to 9.]d; half-wool, 7Jd to 7;jcl; quarter-wool, sjd to 6.jd. Hogget, halfbred, B.|d to BAd; fine crossbred, BJd to 83d; crossbred, Bid to 83d. Lambs, half bred, 71 d to 7,?d; crossbred, 7d to 7i,‘d. Dead and damaged halfbred. 6j'd to 8d; crossbred, 7d to 7id; first crossbred, 7d to 7id. First pelts, 3id to Slid; second pelts, 2.jd to 23d.
