Mr L. llore-Belislia, British War Minister, in a speech.at a dinner of the Franco-British Association, stressed the unity between Britain and France. “ Let the world know that our 'two countries understand the nature of the challenge offered to us and will meet it,’’ lie said. “We have no military secret from one another. We live as comrades and as such, if need be, we shall die. “There is no longer a British policy or a French policy, but a Franco-British policy. England can say to France, as France to England: ‘We have thought the same way. We have reached the same conclusions and cherish the same ideals. We are friends, we are strong and shall stand together.’ ”
