PASSED BY THE CHAMBER. INCOME TAX CONCESSION TO WORKERS. By Telegraph —Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) PARIS. December 23. The Chamber of Deputies, after an all-night sitting, passed the Budget Bill by 366 votes to 229. including an amendment exempting from income tax the first 7.000 francs of the income of workers earning less than 10.000 francs a year. This will cost the Treasury £1,200,000 annually.
