HUNTING COURSE
OTTAWA. The curriculum of the schools on the Red Indian reservations in Canada, where the locality permits, includes a course in practical hunting and trapping for teen-age boys. The schooling of Indians in Canada is conducted under the direction of the Dominion Government, and every attempt if. made to make these wards of the Government as self-supporting as possible. The revival and advancement of Indian handicraft has been given particular attention in the educating of the younger generation of Indians.
