GERMANS MAKING READY FOR MIGRATION COURSES OF COLONIAL INSTRUCTION BERLIN, May 12. A hundred thousand members of the Colonial League /are about to study conditions of life in what will be their new homes when the former German colonies are returned. A Berlin regional union is organising courses of instruction, including scientific and technical university lectures, practical work on farm and in the workshop, tuition in native languages, and courses in mechanics. Successful candidates will be preferred for responsible colonial posts.
