DUMPING OF GERMAN CARS DUTY FREE PRICE SUBSIDY (Recd This Day, 10.0 a.m.) CAPE TOWN, May 12. South Africa is alarmed at the dumping of German motor-cars, the 1937 imports of which were 2496 as compared with 546 in 1936. German firms offer a duty free price subsidy to sellers.
