REPORT OF COMMISSION. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 11. Questions addressed to the Colonial Secretary on views expressed on a recent report on the financial and economic commission on social services in Northern Rhodesia were answered •in the House of Commons by the Dominions Secretary, Mr Malcolm MacDonald, who said Lord Harlech was naturally anxious that these services should be expanded where necessary, but he would not be in a position to make any statement on the action to be taken on the report of the commission until he had received the observations and recommendations of the Northern Rhodesian Government.
