The jury today returned a verdict of guilty on two charges of subornation . of perjury against Anthony George Bouterey. Bouterey was charged with counselling or procuring Douglas William Dyer and .Cyril Wilfred Stanley to swear falsely, in divorce proceedings on August 27, 1937, between Bouterey and his wife, Coral Pearl Bouterey, that they had seen Peter Alexander Munro commit adultery with Mrs Bouterey on the launch Phyllis at Napier, on May 15, 22, and 30. 1935. Bouterey pleaded not guilty. He was remanded for sentence.,
