SHOOTING TRAGEDY
YOUTH LOSES LIFE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. ASHBURTON This Day. Raven Francis Grigg, aged 19, son of Mr John Raven Grigg, of Alford Forest, South Canterbury, was accidently shot dead on Saturday afternoon while rabbit shooting. When the lad did not return home, a search revealed his body near a river. Apparently he had fallen on his gun and was wounded in the head. —(Press Association.)
