EAST SCHOOL
DANCE ON SATURDAY EVENING. The Masterton East School Association held another enjoyable social evening in the school on Saturday. Music was supplied by Mrs Barnes on the piano. Mr Geo. Phillops played an extra waltz on the mouth organ. Messrs P. Ward and G. Selby acted as M's.C.
Miss A. Mills and Mr J. Kite won the Monte Carlo waltz, the prizes for which were kindly donated by Mrs Cross.
A capable ladies’ committee was responsible for the supper arrangements.
