MONSTER CLEARING SALE OF MESSRS FABIAN BROS’ STOCK OF DRAPERY » CLOTHING. 188 STOCK WILL BE SOLD TO TBE PUBLIC AT IAXTOT & WEBSTER’S PEIIISSS, (BftETfWN. Sale Commences Saturday, July 223, 1887. WHOLESALE DRAPERY COMPANY. P. DICKSON - - MANAGING PARTNER.

TO THE DRAPERY BUYING PUBLIC OP THE WAIRARAPA. JUDIES and gentlemen,— Our Clearing Sale Having already exceeded its originally prescribed limits, 1 feel that something in the shape of explanation should be offered before announcing an extension of time. In the first place 1 feel that I must be candid and admit that one very cogent reason for the extension is the fascination that somehow or other attaches itself to HAULING IN THE CASH, As we have been doing for the last few weeks. Our reductions have been on such an enormous scale, and the bargains so tempting that very few customers hare gone out of the shop with much money in their pockets. Another reason for the extension of time is that we are anxious, in fact it is an absolute necessity, that the Stock should be very considerably reduced both in bulk and value before Stock-taking, which will ■ come off about the middle of August, Now to accomplish these two objects we shall offer the remaining portion of our WINTER STOCK, Consisting of Ladies’ and Children’s Costumes, Ulsters, Jackets, Dress Goods, Millinery, &c., &c., at STILL FURTHER REDUCTIONS. Special attention is directed to the Tables extending from one end of the shop to the other, upon which are arrayed Quantities of really Choice, and very valuable and useful Goods marked in plain figures at, and in many instances much below the usual prices, all of which are to bo sold at HALF THE PRICE (hey are marked. Those Ladies who have not paid a visit to this Sale, (and there cannot be many such) are hereby respectfully invited to call at once and secure such Bargains as are certainly NOT TO BE HAD ELSEWHERE, for this Sale holds the same position in relation to other sales throughout the Waitarapaas does (he Sun to the Moon and Stars. Hoping to see every one of you (but not all at once). lam Ladies and Gentlemen, your faithfully, THOS. PROCTOR, Manager. Carterton, July 29, 1887. 614
