As to its churning a little, that I don't mind, considering it is for shatter factory. Separator wilt extract the remainder < I • cream. Besides 1 am not at alt ante yet whether the Featherston Dairy Factory may not only oolleot the cream. It would not be so good a plan as the Separator extracting the cream but it may be adopted. I shall bis glad if Mi Udy ot Air Uaigh or some other Matarawa farmer w<l! state how many times a week his milk charna or goes soar when being taken lo the Oraytown Factory. II often, then the Featherston Dairy Factory will have to make cheese, although I would much rather it made butler.
