Jean of Are still lives in the memory of her Bellow countrymen, says the correspondent of tba Daily Telegraph. In opening the festivities, the Bishop of Orleans, holding aloft the standard of Joan of Are, which he had received from the hands of the Mayor, Haaasdtfae kneeling and enthusiastic population. Torchlight processions and fireworks completed the programme of fetee which has attracted to Orleans the inhabitants oi the ■rigbbonnng districts for miles around.
