"Who's to Blame?"
To the Editor of the H'airarapa Standard,
—The School children's Jabilee Treat at the Town ilall on Tuesdiy. wag doubtless an unqualified pleasure to the juveniles, and a credit to its promoters ; but, how did it happen that, the singing programme as arranged, wherein some of the performers who hod been specially invited, and were present to take their part, as arranged were coolly ignored ! Will the School Committee have the urbanity to explain *' Who’s to blame ” ? I am, 40., Qcistiomib.
