King of Italy, aged 46; Alexander 111., Erajieror of Russia, aged 42; Otto, King of Bavaria, aged 39 ; George, King of tho Hellenes, aged 41 ; Mahomed Tuwfik Pasha, Khedive of Egypt, aged 31, Mutsu Ilete, Einjieror of Japan, aged 34; Milan, King of Servia, aged 32; Phra But Somdetch Phra C. Valuta, King of Siam, aged 32 ; Kiumg Hsu, Emperor of China, aged 16 ; and Alfonso XIII, King of Spain (a minor) in his first year. In addition to the aho\ e, it may he slated that Francois Paul Jules Grevey, President of the French Republic, is in his eightieth vear, and that Grover Ckuclaud, President of the United States of America, has completed his having been born on March 18, lß3i.
