At the Magistrate's Coart, th i mornirgj Mr J. Tull) . ran bolder, at the Tsb'.e Lands, was charged by Inspector Orbell, with allowing rabbits to aceamalate on his land. Mi Bunny appeared tu prosecute. Evidence b.mg given on both sides, defendant was fined £2O and costs. CIVIL CASKS. W. Hammerich v. T H. Hill. Mr Knight tor plaintiff, who was absent from the district asked for sn adjournment till April 6tb. B. Boss v. H. Malispaka, claim £4O 10s fid. Mr Saadilards for plaintiff and Mr Koigbht on behalf of Mr Beard retained for the defence asked for sn adjournment, which was granted an til April fitb.

It ia very handsome work and should become fashionable among the young ladies of the district.
