NOTICE ie hereby given that an application under " The Private Tram, way* Act 1882,” has been made by William Burt, Sawnnller, of Featheraton, fur a License to construct a Tramway, along the road leading frm the top of the Hill near the Kaitara Schoolhouso to the boundary of Messrs Morriso Vs and Mitchell's runs, being a road through Uruokakate Block, and that MONDAY, the lllh day of April next, is the day fixed for considering such application and any objections thereto. Plana of the proposed Tramway are now open for inspection at the office of the Board, Featheraton.
