Entries for open races to be made to the 1 Secretary, on the ground. I The decision of the Committee, or whoever they may appoint, shall in all cases of dispute, be final; and all protests shall be made within a quarter of an hour after the event. In the event of the weather proving unfavorable, the Committee shall have it in their power to postpone the Sports from day to day. All Nominations must be accompanied by lees or they will not be recognised. Each competitor for Handicaps must state in writing their peiformances for last two yean. Three competitors to start or no prize ; five or no second prize ; seven or no third prize. Any competitors starling before signal, to be put back one yard for,the first breach, two yards for the second and to be disqualified lor that event for the third. Prizes will be paid on the ground. Admission Is; children under)l2, half price.
