FEATHERSTON ROAD BOARD. | NO. 5 SPECIAL RATING DISTRICT NOTICE is hereby given that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the above Special Rating District will bo taken at the Town Hall, Martinborough, on THURSDAY, the 3rd day of March, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., upon the proposal to borrow the sum of £SOO from the Government under the provisions of the “ Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” for the purpose of forming, &c., roads in such special rating district, and to pay the Government in respect thereof an annual instalment of £25 for 26 years, which sum shall be secured by an annually recurring Special Rate of one-sixteenth of a penny in the £ over the properties in such Special Rating District. The special rate roll is now open for inspection at the office of the Board at Peatherston.

As a majority of the total number of ratepayers hating a majority of the total number of votes exercisable, did vote in tavour of the proposal, I declare that the same has been duly carried.
