Entries for open races to be made to the Secretary, on the ground. The decision of the Committee, or whoever they may appoint, shall in all cases of dispute, jg final ; and all protests shall be made withof an hour after the event. In the event of the weather proving unfavorable, the Committee shall have it in their power to postpone the Sports from day to day. All Nominations most be accompanied bv fees or they will not be recognised. Each competitor for Handicaps must stai i in writing tbeir peiformances for last tw > years.
