To borrow from the Government under the provisions of‘The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,’ a sum of £t>» for the completion of the Martinborough-Pahaua road, and to pay to the Government in respect thereof the annual Bum or instalment of £32 10s for the next 26 years, which said sums or instalments shall be raised by means of an annually-recurring Special rate of 80-864 th of a penny in the £, over the properties in the Afartinborough-Pahaua Special Boad Rating District.
