FEATHERSTON ROAD DISTRICT. NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the above Board to be held on MONDAY. 7th February next, it is pro. poaed to pass the following special orders, viz : 1. That sub district 8 of the Featherston Road District, and the White Rook Station, containing 19.000 acres, and the Whaterangi Station, con. taioing 27,000 acres, be a Special Bating District, for the purposes of the “ Local Bodies Loan Act, 1886,” and that a Special Rate of threesixteenths (3‘l6ths) of a penny in the £ be levied in such district for the repayment of the proposed loan of £2OOO for a bridge oyer the Rnamabnnga River at Kahantara. 2. That sub district 5 of the Featheraton Road District be a special rating district for the purposes of the “ Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886,” and that a special rate of onesixteenth of a penny in the £ be levied in such district for the repayment of proposed loan of £SOO for the formation, &0., of certain roads in such sub district. Read, D. Cameron, W. and D. Sutherland's Estate, A. Douglas, D. and P. McLaren, Wm McLaren and Jno. Tnlly, and the properties in the Awhea Riding, occupied respectively by Jno. Tully, Jno. Cameron, Wm McLaren and Peter McLaren, as they are described in the Assessment Roll now in force under the numbers following respectively, W /95, 20, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, and W /100, 2, 16, 18,19 to wit.

Entrance Fees lor Ewes : 2s per score up to 100, and Is per score for all over that number. H rams are to be sold singly or in lots of two, five, or ten, or otherwise. In the case of ewes whether to be sold in single scores or otherwise. 2. The breeds and ages of the sheep. 3. The name of the auctioneer who is to conduct the sale.
