NOTICE is hereby given that “ Bye Law No 2,” ordaining that between sunset and sunrise all Vehicles travelling on any public road within the Wairarapa West County, shall have a light affixed to them under a penalty not exceeding £5; and “By Law No 3,” regulating the management and conduct of Slaughterhouses, and prescribing an annual license fee of One Pound for each Slaughterhouse within the said County, will come into force on Ist JANUARY, 1887. A copy of the said By Laws may be inspected during office hours, at the COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CARTERTON.
